At Veevo Health, we're on a mission to build a future free of heart disease. We believe that empowering people with knowledge is the first step. To do that, we need to create educational content that is not only deeply researched and medically sound, but also incredibly engaging and easy to digest.

We are looking for a Health Content Creator Intern who is passionate about both science and storytelling. This role is for someone who loves to dive into clinical research and emerge with clear, compelling narratives that can be transformed into visually-driven blog posts and beautiful, informative guides. You won't just be writing—you'll be educating and inspiring people to take control of their heart health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on topics in cardiovascular health, longevity, and nutrition, translating scientific literature into clear, evidence-based content.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog articles that are both informative and engaging.
• Develop content for long-form educational guides (PDFs), from initial outline to final copy.
• Collaborate with our marketing & design intern to brainstorm and create compelling visuals, such as infographics, charts, and illustrations, to accompany written content.
• Help ensure all content is medically accurate, citing credible sources and potentially liaising with clinical advisors for review.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Biology, Journalism, or Communications, with a strong interest in health and medicine.
• An exceptional writer and researcher with the ability to synthesize complex scientific information and make it accessible to a lay audience.
• A meticulous fact-checker with a commitment to accuracy and evidence-based information.
• A self-starter who can take a topic from idea to polished, well-researched article with minimal oversight.
• An eye for visual storytelling and experience or interest in collaborating on content design is a strong plus.
